That is why he consistently works from an evidence-based approach, helping organisations translate insights into concrete actions in the workplace.
Within Knowledge on the Spot, Dries mainly takes on the role of trainer and facilitator. He supports organisations in developing competencies and implementing vision, with a specific focus on mentorship and strengthening a learning culture. In doing so, he always starts from the client’s context, ensuring that the approach fits the reality of the workplace.
